big fail

I did not knead the dough long enough it seems so my Christmas breads are kaput! They baked for the required amount of time and browned but they are raw innside. Dang!  I am going to buy more mastiha and start over. I am pooped and very unhappy but I shall chalk it up to experience. If only the mastiha, which is the dried hardened sap from a pine trees that grow in Greece and Turkey.didn't ost $450. a kilo yikes.
